RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE SERVICE
RVs Labanzat LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law, to refuse service to any customer or terminate a customer relationship at any time.
This may include circumstances involving inappropriate, abusive, threatening, disruptive, or disrespectful conduct; repeated violations of our policies; failure to comply with our terms and conditions; or conduct that interferes with our employees, customers, or normal business operations.
If a customer relationship is terminated, the customer may be prohibited from returning to or entering our business premises without prior written authorization.
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit any rights or obligations that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable federal, state, or local law.

At RVs Labanzat, we are passionate about RVs and the outdoor lifestyle. Our family has been in the industry for over 20 years, and we have the experience and expertise to help you find the perfect RV for your needs. Whether you are looking to buy for travel or living, we are here to help.
We ask all our clients to do their own inspection on our products/RVs. If you would like to bring your own inspector. They have to come before day of pick up/sale. Inspectors are not licensed in Texas, So feed back from one maybe be bias. Especially if they also repair them. All deposits are non-refundable and sales are final. Los depósitos no son reembolsables.
